Examples of ethics dilemmas
In this section of the website, we have included examples of ethics dilemmas that can arise - often unexpectedly - in the course of a research project.
No two situations are identical, and so it is unlikely that our examples will exactly match your dilemmas or experience, but they may provide a useful prompt for thinking about questions that can arise in your research.
We would like to add more examples to this section of the website. If you would like an example from your experience to be included, please send an anonymised summary of the dilemma to Janet Boddy: j.boddy@ioe.ac.uk.
